LSI relies on the logically and scientifically justified theory, constructs a system in everything. He is an analyzer, thinking about a definite problem in communion, he constructs logical connection between the phenomens. Therefore LSI searches a maxima of the indispensable information. LSI asks about a subject of talk up to details in order to know how much it is useful. LSI respects hierarchies. He differs by natural caution, courtesy, knows, when, to whom and in what way it is necessary to refer. LSI is servile, flattering, insinuating. Respecting for authority is first of all. He respects competence in people, and accepts those, who can to understand LSI from the halfword, otherwise he irritates.

LSI is constrained, not obsessional, tolerable, can possess himself, exhibits coldness, dryness, inaccessibility. He is severe, uncompromising, inexorable. Administering he applies administrative preasure, « turns fast screws » down to a terror. But, actually, LSI is the deeply sensitive nature, but does not demonstrate it. He is ambitious, sometimes conceited. In dialogue LSI does not feel freely at once, can not make himself familiar easily and therefore does not give consideration to stranger people. Frequently it is not clear, what is on LSI's mind. He neglects elementary things in relations.

LSI is pedantic, does not allow to inflect the planned course, eliminates deviance, which do not coincide his own installations in thinking, behavior, habits. He demands precise holding of the indicatings. LSI is capable of great endurance, exacting, does everything with great care, exhibiting thus intolerance to slackness, slovenliness. LSI is an accurate and collected worker in any subject area of business. In operatings LSI is isolated, firm, puts before himself and others unimaginably composite demands. He does not allow a freedom in behavior, does not perceive those who is engaged in superfluous talks. LSI feels deeply the internal conflicting. He is impatient, therefore tends to save from uncomfortable state as soon as possible, becomes obsessional in petty naggings, scoffs at others, going into a situation, damages everything and terrorizes everybody.

LSI is pragmatic. He has refined, subtle manners. He can create the comfort in work for others. He legiblly knows conformity of subjects to their assigning, skilfully possesses them. LSI concentrates and premeditates different views concerning particular things. He premeditates seriously the importance of accepted idea, tries to understand its necessity as soon as possible to embody it in life, to initiate with practical operatings. LSI skilfully demonstrates the thought to enclosing, accepts anyone other only in the case when it coincides with his own one. He quickly perceives the most actual practical theory, investigates it, attaches the new particular shapes.

LSI is a stoic and ascetic. He is hardened, a person of great endurance. He can precisely prepare and exhibit himself in composite life situations.

LSI executes uniform operation without particular strain. He overcomes difficulties, practically valuing the matter and spending forces for implementation of operation, works stably. Going into in a composite extreme situation, he does not sidetrack its solution on other time. LSI understands details, but if they complicate a situation too much, it removes LSI from equal balance, and he will search among the others malefactors and culprits.

LSI gathers the necessary for operation facts, and working with them, seldom makes errors. He is engaged only in useful and practical matters. He exhibits a great persistence, having experienced a profit of operation. LSI inspects an activity of team, maintains discipline, co-ordinates an efficient performance of a task. He knows his obligings and does not evade them, even if it requires considerable victims. He is obstinate in urgency of implementation his duties. LSI can not work in full force, if he has not the legible plan.

LSI concentrates the attention easily, watching for subjects. He preserves the entrusted territory, orients on it easily. He requires activity. LSI remembers a location of subjects wherever he is, as well as face and appearance of the people. He orients in subject - material world, values assigning subjects and perfectly possesses them.
